30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We are very proud of the products we sell at the AVITA Americas store and are confident you will be fully satisfied with your purchase directly from AVITA. If you are not, we will accept the return of the product within 30 Days of the date it was ordered.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged, with all the parts and accessories included in the original shipment. A credit or refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the product. It’s important that you first obtain a Return Authorization from us. We cannot accept any products returned to us without a Return Authorization.

How to return a product under our satisfaction guarantee:

If the product was received damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact our customer care team to assist in a warranty claim. Otherwise, if you’re not satisfied with the product you can obtain a Return Authorization by completing the form found here, or calling us at 1.888.381.7008.

You will be provided with a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label. The product must be shipped right away in its original packaging and received by us within 10 days of the authorization. Once we receive the product we’ll inspect it. If it’s the same item that was sold to you and it’s all there, we’ll issue a refund or credit for the selling price and tax, minus original shipping and/or handling charges and any applicable return shipping fees.
